Not only do I love the SUV I drove off in, Luxury & Imports in Leavenworth fulfilled every promise they made to us. Trust is what I look for above everything else when purchasing a vehicle and Luxury & Imports in a Leavenworth completely earned our trust and our future business. I returned today to finish up a few things in the service department and Aron and his crew were wonderful to work with. It’s rare that I remember anyone’s name at any point but our experience was so great I left remembering all of them. Thank you Coop, Wrigley, JR, Chad, Aron and the last gentleman that gave me my keys today that I didn’t thank enough. You guys run a great dealership and we appreciate your help! I would give more stars if possible because when we were there Wrigley their 4 legged mascot was just chillin helping out. Any dealership that is dog friendly starts with extra points. Not satisfactory Cooper did good with the financing. Got us approved over internet and phone. All was great. Went to go test drive and buy the car we had selected. We were super excited. We live about 60 miles from dealer- well car didn’t make it home before it broke down. Luxury said they would get everything fixed. Three days later broken car was still sitting. Finally tow truck came and took it to local shop. Sat in shop for over a week, they finally called said it was ready. We went to pick it up around 6 pm last night. They determined it was something different than what they told us originally but the worst part is Luxery did not tell them to fix everything. It seems as if they fixed it just to make it drivable——well Sure enough the thing won’t start it’s still broken!!! “Owed” this car for 2 weeks now and have yet to be able to drive it!! They say their vehicles go through a full and thorough inspection. I don’t believe they do. I have to replace all the blinkers and brake light bc they do not work. If you do buy car from them, I recommend going to a shop and having a quick inspection done yourself to ensure you are getting what you pay for. They are very difficult to get ahold of (unless they were just avoiding our calls and emails). Just totally unsatisfied and mad that I have a paperweight in my driveway 😡 More
