Champion made the car buying process so simple and nice! Mack, Shay, and JT were so fabulous to work with and were so helpful! I would recommend anyone who needs a vehicle to go to Champion! I told to come in that a deal could be worked out. Turns out they were hundreds of dollars off from where they said we would be unless I was willing to make a ten thousand dollar down payment. Thanks for wa out they were hundreds of dollars off from where they said we would be unless I was willing to make a ten thousand dollar down payment. Thanks for wasting my time. UPDATE* The next day Mike called me and was very concerned about my experience and sincere about his apology in the situation. Mike asked if I would be willing to come sit with him, absolutely. Mike and Mack took their time to seriously look at different options and scenerios that would be mutually beneficial. In the end, a deal was struck that involved both parties giving a little on each end. A very fair deal. Very open, honest and transparent transaction. It would have been a perfect experience if this is how it would have happened upon my first visit. So I gave them a one star review. I say this second visit is a five. Average between the two is a 3. What tips the scale is Mack. From the first handshake at the first visit to the departing handshake on the second visit, Mack was an upmost professional. He stayed on point, personable and collected. He tips the scale for them. Thanks Mack. You're the man. More
