J.T., I can't applaud and commend you enough on your Service to my Grandson, Dominic Lucas and me. In attempting to help Dominic begin to establish credit I thought we would have to have him lease a ca Service to my Grandson, Dominic Lucas and me. In attempting to help Dominic begin to establish credit I thought we would have to have him lease a car and since he yet had no credit history the media convinced me that I had to go to a Chevy dealership up north if we were "looking for a car and you have low credit or no credit buy here". Dominic was given a "great DEAL" and all SOUNDED like what Dominic and i were looking for. That particular dealership misinformed us on more than one issue. J.T. called me last Thursday and i remember i was in the CVS and yelled out in joy when he let me know that Dominic and I could work with him wherein that dealership up north said we had to come back up there to end the lease. I kept putting it off and putting it off and then you called and made my day by agreeing to meet this past Saturday at 10am. Dom came in wanting to buy out his lease and that was the way it was, lol. He never wanted to lease again, right, J.T., he made sure that you and I both were very clear!? He loved that 2020 Malibu and wanted to keep it. You were quick to learn that Dominic is very "much in demand" for his dedicated Carpenter Journeyman skills at jobs as far north as Tipton and as far south as Bloomington. You were so kind and patient to work with him on multiple options. You were so very patient with both Dominic's and my questions and it became very clear to us by 10:10am that working with you was going to be our best Chevy experience of all times! I was very proud of you and I both letting Dominic make all the decisions himself because you could tell it was hard for me to not interject comments and you let him know, J.T., that he now had all the facts and you would be proud of him on whichever decision he made. It was, in fact, our best Chevy experience EVER and Dominic was all smiles when he drove his proudly purchased (not leased) 2022 Malibu off the lot and yelled out, "hey I OWN this one!" to you. p.s. To my Family & Friends in both Hendricks and Hamilton Counties, trust us, we had a great experience in every way with Champion Chevrolet in Avon. It is, by far, the best Chevy dealership in central Indiana. I am a lifelong resident of Hendricks County and I have now dealt with both Andy Mohr Chevrolet and Hare Chevrolet and I will totally recommend CHAMPION CHEVROLET of Avon for any future car/truck/SUV needs. J.T. and Sydney Brown (Champion Chevrolet's Business Manager) are both exemplary Employees with a tremendous amount of professionalism and integrity. Their knowledge and expertise are outstanding!
