I ended up special ordering a Ram through Hawk CDJR. Everything was going well until it was time to take delivery of the truck. I was eligible for a $1k rebate that my salesman said he was able to appl Everything was going well until it was time to take delivery of the truck. I was eligible for a $1k rebate that my salesman said he was able to apply to the final sale. After waiting around for about 2 hours, I finally sat down with the finance specialist. He added an additional $1k to the agreed/signed sales order from the time the truck was ordered. When I questioned it, he promised that wasn’t the case and threw a bunch of numbers and paperwork at me. I took him for his word, which I guess was my fault. When I got home and had the time to take a closer look at the paperwork, he did include the $1k rebate, but only after adding $1k to the original agreed upon price! So not only did I lose out on the $1k rebate, the paperwork was done in a way that the dealer would pocket the rebate themselves! I escalated the issue to both the General Manager and VP, with no response! And the icing on the cake…my salesman filled out the customer survey for me and even forged my signature!! How is this ethical or even legal?! I thought I found a good dealer to give my business to, but I was wrong. This was my worst new car buying experience by far. I was always made aware of Jasons schedule so that I knew when he was/wasn't in the office. The deal Jason obtained for me was unbelievable! I have never had such of a positive experience with a salesperson or car dealership like I had at Hawk Jeep and with Jason Beltran. I am impressed with this employee and business. As result, I refer Jason Beltran and Hawk Jeep every opportunity I get. Thank you Jason and Hawk Jeep for your superior customer service, unbelievable deal, and a no-nonsense/no-pressure environment. I will be returning to Jason and Hawk Jeep this Spring for a vehicle for my wife. I wouldn't go anywhere else. More
