I was lied to about how much I would get for my trade in. 26,488 was what we agreed on and I ended up getting 23,000. I was told they needed 109$ from me for not paying the car off in time so you wanted me to pay the late fee after you guys already bought my car and I signed it away to you. I owed 37,000 on the hrv and got was told I would get 26,488 for the hrv and I end up getting 23,000 and my down payment of 4,000 made it 52,000 total for the 2024 rav4 im very upset that they took advantage of me and I will learn from this and never do business with you guys again. The only way to make it right is to send a check for 3,000 so I can put it towards the vehicle and I’m not even sure the 4,000 got added to all this. More

Corwin will cut corners, and you will pay the cost. We purchased a vehicle under 5 years old with ~70,000 miles on it from Luke at Corwin, supervised by JC. Our finance person was JB. After being sent home without all the proper paperwork from JB (I had to follow up and have them create a new flash drive of the information we needed to insure, register, and pay the loan for the car) things were fine for a few weeks. Then, one of the tires stopped holding air. We took it to Corwin's shop directly and they said that the tires were in bad shape due to cracking on the sides that were leaking air. When we told them we had only purchased the vehicle from them about 5 weeks ago, they suggested we go speak to our salesperson, Luke. We were then told by Luke that people in the shop "don't get paid until they make sales," so they would always tell you you need new tires. (Remember -- these are the same people who performed the inspection 5 weeks earlier and cleared the tires for sale to us.) We then brought the vehicle to a different tire shop for a second opinion. They put on the car's spare tire. We were told that all four tires were bad, but the front two were in bad enough shape and would need to be replaced ASAP. We spoke to Luke again and he told us that "retail tires are a scam" and that we would be better off not purchasing tires from Corwin or any other professional tire sales location. He said he had looked on Facebook Marketplace on our behalf and found some good tires we could buy. On this call he apologized several times. When I asked if there was anything he could do to put action behind that apology, he said he would ask and get back to us. We did not hear back. I called again to follow up and Luke said that since the tires were "good enough to pass inspection" because they "just check tread depth" we are out of luck. As it was our first time purchasing a car, we trusted that Corwin was reputable and honest, and chose not to have a third party inspection performed on the car. I will never make this mistake again. Do not trust Corwin Toyota. I am very thankful that my husband didn't get in a wreck because of the bad tires. We will now have to go replace all four tires less than 6 weeks after purchasing this vehicle. We will also be getting a new inspection on the vehicle in case anything else was missed, purposefully overlooked, or outright false on the inspection we were provided during our purchase. More

Approaching the end of my lease, I scheduled an appointment, I explained my need to be efficient with my time since I live 2.5 hours away from the dealership. The sales manager paired me with Steph appointment, I explained my need to be efficient with my time since I live 2.5 hours away from the dealership. The sales manager paired me with Stephen Gomez, who was ready to meet me when I arrived. Stephen is a polite, friendly young man who is a good listener, know his product and operates out of integrity, Stephen helped find me just the right new Corolla to meet my needs, and financial goals. I placed a deposit for a car that was not yet built, and Stephen called me with updates to let me know it was being built, when it was in transit, and when it arrived at the dealership. He insured that the window tint was installed and had the car washed and ready when I arrived to take delivery of it. I’ll continue to make the trip to Corwin for my maintenance appointments and in three years I look forward to working with James and Stephen again when I lease my next vehicle. Big huge thanks to Stephen, James the sales manager, and JB in the finance office for making it fun to buy a car! More
