Everyone that we walked past during are visit spoke to us and asked how we were doing. Juan made us feel very comfortable and treated us like family. We spent three and a half hours in the dealership but over a hour talking about family and our kids, it was like we knew him already. Very great guy who was very upfront and broke each and everything down when communicating everything that was needed to know about the car, financing, etc. I drove off with the best car I have ever driving in my entire life, I am absolutely satisfied with my purchase and appreciate each and everything that Juan has done for me. I have already contacted a close friend of my family who is in the market for a car and gave him Juan's contact info.I would definitely recommend Juan and The Marino dealership to someone else who is looking for a car so that way their experience is great as mine. More

Working with Juan Carlos (JC) was an absolute pleasure. He was extremely friendly, dedicated, and easy to deal with as we worked through the sale of my new Grand Cherokee. Tony Rocco, Dan Liebich, and Juan Carlos made the process very understandable and comfortable for me. I believe I got the best price for my trade in, and the best price for what I bought. They stayed in touch with me through out the entire waiting period, updating me on the status of the Jeep, until it finally came in, and it was set up perfectly. At the time of purchasing, we had a lot going on in our lives with caring for sick relatives, so my time & energy were precious. After explaining my situation to Karla, she contacted me quickly with the numbers and set up a point of contact for my husband & I to return to make the purchase. Truthfully, had it not been for Karla, I would have shopped elsewhere. When we returned to the showroom, we met with the Manager, Frank who introduced us to JC, who made the purchase smooth & simple.
