Even after I signed the paperwork to buy the car already, this dealer still let me change to purchase the other car and willing to re-do all the paperwork for me. That was a 5-star service qualify that I expected. The thing that I like the most at this Dealer is that whatever price they listed for the car, that's what the price they sold the car, No gimmick, No tricky, so you don't have to worry about over-pricing. So after I totaled my car I knew where to go. This time I was in the market for a new car but undecided between Accord or Civic. JC Lam was extremely patient in allowing me to decide between both models. He crunched the numbers for both cars and multiple interest rates to give me a better understanding of he overall picture. I don’t like negotiating and worrying if I got a good deal. My husband and I did a lot of research and had determined which car we wanted as well as what price people have been paying for them. We saw the car we wanted on the BLBH website. Sent a e-mail. Got a price quote well aligned with prices that people around the country negotiated for. We went to the dealership, took a test drive, confirmed that the price did not change and sat down to do the paperwork. The salesperson we worked with was JC Lam and we would go to him again; he was an absolute delight. They have a no haggle price method. Same fair price goes to all buyers. They offered us extended warranties (with clear explanation of the benefits) and added options, and for those we declined there was no argument, we just moved on. They never tried to upsell us a model we didn’t want/couldn’t afford. We came and bought the car we wanted for the price we expected and actually got the car cheaper than expected by taking advantage of their recent graduate deal (500$ no hassle). Go see them and you won’t regret it. More

Friendly people I did my own research finding the best deal on my Honda. I thought their price was the best in town. It's always a good idea to shop around for cars, but it saved me a lot of time. When you go buy a car make sure you have plenty of time. I am sure they treat you well. More
