Hi, My name is JD Davis. I'm married with three children two boys and one girl. Some of are favorite things to do are amusement parks,the beach,fishing and disc golf. I play the drums at my church for the last 7 years. My Wife has collected a small farm, so we have a pig, 2 goats, a Emu, over 50 Chickens, 7 Ducks, one of them just had babies and much more. I've been at Phillips Chrysler for 8 years. I have become quite the Product Specialist . My goal is to retire at Phillips and then spend the rest of my years on the farm.

The dealership has been fair and efficient for both my crysler 300 a d my ram 1500. HOWEVER, Chrysler has issues with their 2018 300s infotainment sys. Ita a known issue concealed to me upon purchase w crysler 300 a d my ram 1500. HOWEVER, Chrysler has issues with their 2018 300s infotainment sys. Ita a known issue concealed to me upon purchase which cost me $900. For that reason we sold the 300 and purchased something else. Our daughter is having almost same problem with her 2017 grand caravan GT. And is in the process of trading it for other than chrusler or dodge. My 2016 Ram longhorn has been a good truck with ther exception.of some minor electrical window problems. Which their service manager showed me how to reset. I guess my next truck will be Toyota or GM. It's ashame. Both wife and I liked our products, bit when chrysler doesn't stand behind them. Time to move on More

I’ve bought 4-5 vehicles in the past and they were ok and helpful. This time my salesman I usually deal with is no longer there and the customer service literally stank.
