I got the car i wanted at the down payment I had wanted...only to be told a few days later I needed to come up with another 3k. I contacted Nissan and said they could have the vehicle back. They told me to bring in just another 1k, so I did just that. The vehicle is awesome. Annoyed at my sales rep and finance guy for stringing me along, and giving me false information. I still havent brought in my vehicle to be repaired. There was damage on the rear bumper that Blake said I could bring in. I talked to Jose and set up a date to bring it in. I could not make it and tried contacting them again. I was told I would be contacted by service to set up another date and that has yet to happen. Overall im not super pleased, but not fully disappointed...yet. More

Jason had no idea what he was doing. He told us the wrong information on the vehicle, couldn’t answer any of our questions and could tell he was new and didn’t know what he was doing. My wife and I were treated fairly well. We only had one complaint, we were only given one key after paying cash for our truck. As we were leaving the dealership we ask Blake for a second key, he told ther complaint, we were only given one key after paying cash for our truck. As we were leaving the dealership we ask Blake for a second key, he told there was no second key. We never realized it would cost us an arm and a leg to have a second key made. My wife and I have purchased new and used vehicles in the past and have always been give at least two sets of keys. We got the feeling as we had already closed the deal no one wanted to put an effort to find the second set of keys for our vehicle. More
