They talked with me through the options carefully, explained the new features , gave me best price, and at no point in time did we feel pressured to buy and made the whole process pretty painless.He was like a close friend. we were very well treated, and enjoyed the experience. After I purchased the car, he spent time helping me learn all the new features, setting up my preferences and followed up with phone calls answering my questions. We toured the service area and he went over my options there. The service people were great about installing some additional packages I wanted. He and the rest of the staff were helpful, friendly, and efficient and wanted me to be happy. I 'd recommend him to all my friends, family looking for a brand new car! Initially we went in to test drive a 2014 CRV EXL, which we did. While going over questions we spotted a 2016 CRV in the showroom and said that we would like to test drive 2016 CRV EXL. JD was very knowledgeable with all the features for both years. He made sure that everything was explained, all questions answered. JD was very helpful and patient with us. Above all he was never pushy and we never felt high pressured. In fact we told him that we needed some time to think about it and to decide which one to get. After a couple of days we got an e-mail giving us a fair price for the 2016. We went back and left with a new 2016 CRV EXL! More

Jonathan spent a lot of time showing me what my options were and working the numbers so that i could get what i needed and still stay on budget. He then explained leasing a car which was a totally new concept to me. He showed me how i could get a new car with all of the safety features and still stay on budget. He spent several hours with me and even spoke with my brother in law on the phone for quite awhile explaining to him what we were considering which made me feel so much more confident. Im on my own, making a big purchase on my own and i was impressed that Jonathan cared enough to go the extra mile. He took good care of me and helped give me the confidence to make my decision. He made sure that i knew he'd be available for any help or questions i may have. That's HUGE for me!! I'll refer him to anyone I can! Very happy camper here! No games, no pressure, no upsells, no back and forth negotiating, no bait and switch, just an honest and quick car buying process. I buy a new car every 7-8 years and this was the best experience I've ever had with the process. I was in and out in under 2 hours with my new car. Jonathan was very helpful and a straight shooter the whole way. I would definitely recommend to anyone buying a new Honda! More
