The Sales Person Who Put A Bow On It Jonathan surprised me by caring long after he needed too. You see I paid for my daughter's car two weeks before picking it up as I was waiting for her Jonathan surprised me by caring long after he needed too. You see I paid for my daughter's car two weeks before picking it up as I was waiting for her to get her license so that I could surprise her. To set the stage for the surprise Jonathan came up with a wonderful scheme to make my daughter think that she was getting a nice car but not the one she had her heart set on. To make it believable he took her on test drives of other less expensive cars for which she remained grateful. At the very last he took her to an area where there was a car with a Big Red Bow on it and told her to just sit in it and tell him what she thought. Of course she thought it strange, but being polite she set in the car and told him it was a nice car, and then Jonathan reached into his pocket gave her the keys and said turn it on it's your car. Her response was simply priceless as she cried with tears of joy. Every family member and friend that has seen the video can't help but tear up too. Jonathan is the best and I can not wait to buy another car from him. More

He was of course very courteous from the star It's a rare experience to find such a dedicated sales person today, especially one as young as Jonathan. He was of course very courteous from the start but aside from that, what separated him from the pack, was the extent he went to in order to find answers to questions he did not know (which were few I might add). He did not pretend to know all the answers but by the time my wife and I signed on the dotted line he probably did. He is working for Valley which is one of the largest and most sophisticated Honda dealerships in the mid west, if not the country, and I can only imagine the peer competition and the pressure that goes along with that position but he maintains a lay back, friendly, no pressure, demeanor despite that. What also impressed us with this dealership was that all the sales staff made us feel comfortable and acknowledged us with greetings and bottles of water, coffee etc. even though they were not recipients of any major commission from the sale. Jonathan matched our needs perfectly with a 2016 Honda Pilot and we couldn't be happier. More
