Valley Honda, with no doubt, is the top Honda dealer in Illinois simply because they 1) do not have market adjustment, 2) they do not include mandatory packages, and 3) they provide sales that makes the pr Illinois simply because they 1) do not have market adjustment, 2) they do not include mandatory packages, and 3) they provide sales that makes the price of the car lower than its MSRP.
