Yesterday, my VW ID. 4 was delivered to my driveway in Colorado Springs - thank you Street Volkswagen (SVW) of Amarillo Texas. I found a vehicle on their website, sent a message, spoke to a super helpful sales representative, Joel, who went above and beyond, by making a personalized video of both the exterior and interior of the vehicle I was interested in - this was super helpful in the decision making process. Certainly buying a vehicle, whether in person or 100% online, has its challenges as there are many things that can go wrong in the process, but for me, it’s how quickly and professionally the dealership is able to take care of an issue and/or find a mutually beneficial compromise. Quite honestly, I was not an easy customer to deal with, in part, because I was buying a vehicle completely from a far. To their credit, Joel and Shane, were impressively committed to working through all my obsessive concerns in a professional manner and delivered personal attention… even after hours. I’m giving a shout out to this team, because this year I have purchased two other vehicles from two different dealerships, and to save my life, I couldn’t tell you the name or anything about the people who handled my transactions. I never met the SVW team in person, but I certainly feel like I know them as individuals and automotive professionals. They took time to get to know me and my concerns, shared a little of their life, which personalized a business transaction in a way that is seldom experienced anymore. Even a final shout out to Jared, the VW contracted driver that drove 5 1/2 hours and delivered my vehicle to Colorado Springs - who then sat and chatted for about 30 minutes after we completed our transaction - early congratulations on becoming a father soon. Oh, and the vehicle arrived, clean, fully charged, with a couple of small appreciation gifts inside. Thank you to the SVW team. More

Joel Leimer was our dealer and he went above and beyond to try and make our experience the best possible. We had to come in late and he stayed until close so we could get a jetta for my husband. Our previous jetta unfortunately met its demise when a deer decided to run into it and total the car. He worked with us and made sure we felt comfortable at all times and we were able to get my husband back on the road quickly. Cole & Will did an excellent job in answering all of our questions, of which there were many since neither my wife nor I had ever looked at VW products or driven VW products until this visit.
