Very easy going sale process. I purchased a bmw X5. I feel, I was treated the same as if I were purchasing a 300k dollar Porsche. My salesman Aiden was great. We bought a car from Aidan Sherman at Porsche Audi Fresno on 6/9/24. Our Finance Manager was JJ Hagglund. We had a positive experience working with Aidan and JJ. The reason we gave Porsche Audi Fresno a 4 on 6/9/24. Our Finance Manager was JJ Hagglund. We had a positive experience working with Aidan and JJ. The reason we gave Porsche Audi Fresno a 4-star rating instead of a 5-star rating because of the issue we had regarding our second key. We spoke to the floor Sales Manager who we dealt with on 6/9/24 multiple times about the key issue, but nothing was done. Although it took more than 2 weeks, the issue was resolved. I had an amazing experience with Porsche Fresno. They were knowledgeable and great to work with. We built a completely customized car, and they were there at every step to help design our sports car They were knowledgeable and great to work with. We built a completely customized car, and they were there at every step to help design our sports car to make sure it exceeded our expectations. Both CJ Wilson and Sean Cauthon took time to meet with us numerous times to provide us with guidance and the true Porsche experience. There is no one else I would trust with our build and I will definitely go back to them when my wife decides to build her own custom car. More
