I bought my car at this location and happy with that service; however, never dealt with Tom Richardson so not sure why I keep getting emails to rate my experience. I will state that new wheels were service; however, never dealt with Tom Richardson so not sure why I keep getting emails to rate my experience. I will state that new wheels were put on my car before sale was completed and on my way home the Service Tire Maintenace System lilght came on. Took it to a local Diel dealership to find out that all 4 tire sensors were damaged. Your location said they would send these sensors to Grove City and more than 4 weeks later, still have no sensors to put on my vehicle. Very Very disappointed in the service and follow up. More

Initial interaction during sale discussions was great with JJ (Sales) and Mike (Finance). After sale was complete I found financial discrepancy (in my favor) and it has been almost 3 weeks and discrepan with JJ (Sales) and Mike (Finance). After sale was complete I found financial discrepancy (in my favor) and it has been almost 3 weeks and discrepancy still not resolved. Also, 4 new wheels were installed only to find out that the tire monitor sensors were all damaged and not repaired. Had to take to another local dealer to have them repaired. More
