As long as Rebecca Corbin is at Santa Monica it will always have issues and problems. It starts from the top down. She doesn’t care about customers at all, profit margin is all she cares about. I’ve giv always have issues and problems. It starts from the top down. She doesn’t care about customers at all, profit margin is all she cares about. I’ve given this dealership many opportunities to get things done right, John is really a great guy and helpful, as for his boss, she is another story and the reason why we don’t take out Range Rovers or Jaguar to them anymore. I’d rather drive to Woodland Hills than have to deal with Rebecca ever again. Not worth the headache. They literally keep the car and then come back with “we couldn’t duplicate it” the speaker is literally blown out, how can you not duplicate it? I had to physically show them the subwoofer was separated from the housing, how does a technician miss this and tell me “they can’t duplicate it” beyond frustrating that they hold your car and don’t do the work. More

My car was in the shop for two weeks for a minor issue, I thought I would receive a call or a follow up or an update as to what, when etc.. I never got a call from my Service Rep. or a callback from the Ser thought I would receive a call or a follow up or an update as to what, when etc.. I never got a call from my Service Rep. or a callback from the Service Manager Rebecca as I had left her a vm. Very poor service I must say & very disappointed for a Dealer. I eventually had to call the General Manager and we had a good conversation and he said he would talk to them. STILL never got a phone call after that,.The only guy who was calling me back was Raffi and he was great.. More
