I had seen some of the reviews and a coworker has used this dealership numerous times. I wanted to use the local dealer, how ever they didn’t offer a fair trade price, nothing off the new car and this is this dealership numerous times. It was an easy sale that they threw away. I specifically asked coworker what salesperson to ask for at brightbay and he said they are all great. Looked at reviews and I had John, and Chris on my radar. Chris has been promoted to sales manager now so I sat down with John. I am beyond happy with both and the whole transaction. Chris gave a reasonable trade price and everything they said was exactly what transpired. The funny thing is my local dealer has called on me several times asking if we are still interested.Thanks again John, Chris and Steve in the finance. More
