She was professional, friendly, helpful, and made sure I was well taken care of throughout the entire process. Keith, the mechanic, also did a great job servicing my vehicle, and I truly appreciate his hard work and attention to detail. I absolutely love my Mazda CX-9, and it makes me happy knowing that my vehicle is in good hands when it needs service. Callie and Keith are a credit to the Mazda team, and I’m grateful for the excellent service they provided. Thank you both for making this such a positive experience! Very pleased with everyone who works here. In the past, we had not very pleasant experiences at other dealerships and were cautious when car shopping. At Bright Bay Mazda we felt very welcomed In the past, we had not very pleasant experiences at other dealerships and were cautious when car shopping. At Bright Bay Mazda we felt very welcomed. We went there without an appointment looking for a used 2023 CX-5 and Austin was very helpful and showed us the options. The car I liked had a deposit at the moment so we had to wait and see whether it would be purchased. Austin kept us updated on the status of car and answered all our questions. The person who left the deposit went with a bigger car so we went back for a test drive. Austin wasn't there and we were helped by Richard. Again, we didn't make an appointment (not very responsible) and just drove there unannounced. Austin had a day off so Richard showed us the car and I had a test-drive. The paperwork didn't take long at all. Everything was explained - deposit, rates, fees, monthly payments. We scheduled the car pick-up because I need to sort out my insurance since it was Labor day and our agent wasn't responding. At the pick-up day we went earlier and Richard and Austin made sure we can finish all the paper signing as soon as possible even though there were other customers. Everything went well and now I have the car I really wanted. It was such a nice experience. Highly recommend Bright Bay Mazda! More

I loved my experience with Bright Bay Mazda and have come out with a car that I love for a price I went in for. I had no intentions of buying a car right then and there but it was more for information to com out with a car that I love for a price I went in for. I had no intentions of buying a car right then and there but it was more for information to come back to after looking around. But, my experience with Richard and the transparency caused me to buy a new car right then and there. Richard truly was a big helping hand and made sure everything was transparent and there were no tricks. He answered all of our questions and even went above and beyond to ensure we got a quality experience. More
