I recently purchased a 2010 Volkswagen CC from the great guys at Platinum. I've been to about 3 other dealerships before coming to them, and I was so turned off by how deceptive these other sales places wer guys at Platinum. From the very beginning, the salesmen at Platinum made me feel like family. Particularly Glenn Phillips, who had the car I was interested in detailed, cleaned and waiting for me to test drive. His friendliness, knowledge of the car and willingness to work with my budget just sealed the deal even further. I didn't ever at all feel uncomfortable or pressured to make an unfair deal.. I bought the car and am loving every minute of driving it. The gentlemen at Platinum truly gave me a platinum experience. Without a doubt, they earned themselves a returning customer. Thanks Platinum, Glenn, and I won't forget Jim, who explained to me all the nooks and crannies in the car and taught me how to use every gadget! More

I purchased the 2009 Volkeswagon CC via the internet. AJ followed up through-out the whole process and assisted with directions through Downtown NY-coming from VA, not know the area well. Was able to walked in go over the vehicle's bells and whistles and by the time that was complete, was able to walk in with the Loan Processor-Dave and sign away and was able to complete the whole transaction in under a hour. Great experience and the best rate found via the internet for a 600 mile radius-6000.00 less than everybody else. Other than not being aware that the vehicle is actually a Coupe-new genre-and it being a little lower than what I prefer, the CC is awesome and completely love the vehicle! If someone doesn't have a lot of time to be out and about looking for a vehicle, I would definately refer them to try experiencing purchasing a vehicle via internet, mine was a pleasure, rather than a dred! The staff was extremely knowledgeable about the differences between the two vehicles I was considering (jetta and passat, and TDI vs. gasoline). Initially my wife and I were going to purchase another brand, however we decided to visit Platinum first due to us living around the corner. We were treated professionally and with respect from the momen brand, however we decided to visit Platinum first due to us living around the corner. We were treated professionally and with respect from the moment we walked in. Our first visit was late Sunday evening, just a few minutes before close. I know from being in retail that shopping right before close can lead to a bad experience (the staff can sometimes be over eager to leave). This was not the case - Joe Riccobene took the time to ask us qualifying questions in order to determine our needs and wants, and made it clear that he will work within our budget. By this point the dealership was closed, so we agreed to come back the next day and test drive the vehicle. The Jetta drove very smoothly; Joe made sure to talk about the features of the vehicle, but also he let me enjoy the ride with some silence (to let me hear the engine/transmission). We looked at some numbers after the test drive, and I expressed a few concerns about my budget. I came back later that evening with my wife to talk about the price some more. I did not have to negotiate - Joe advocated for me, and got me to a price I felt more comfortable with. We filled out the credit application, and decided to move forward with the purchase. Joe worked with my insurance company to get me insured, and followed up with me each step of the way. I just drove the car off the lot this morning, and am very pleased. I could not have better things to say with everyone at the dealership - The owner took a few minutes for small talk, and to make sure that I was comfortable, another gentleman took the time to make my wife a cup of coffee while we waited, and I was helped by a friendly woman who showed me the ins and outs of the smaller points of the vehicle before driving off the lot. I did not initially see myself in a VW, however, the patience, courtesy, and professionalism of the team at Platinum made me more than happy to spend my money locally at a dealership that is committed to their customer base. Top notch dealership! My daughter was treated professionally by Joe Riccobene. He spent time with her and went over everything she wanted to know about the Jetta and offered his time when she ne professionally by Joe Riccobene.
