Platinum Volkswagon offered a no pressure, easy car buying experience. Our salesman, Joe, showed us the car we came in to inquire about. He was knowledgable about the vehicle's specifications and his buying experience. Our salesman, Joe, showed us the car we came in to inquire about. He was knowledgable about the vehicle's specifications and history. We took a test drive with both my wife and myself taking turns driving. Joe answered all of our questions regarding price and options. The overall experience was wonderful. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing or leasing a new or used vehicle. More

Wow, I have never had such a great experience at a dealer in my life. Came in expecting games & all, but to my surprise there were none. We worked with Joe & Dave, but everyone else in this dealership was f in my life. Came in expecting games & all, but to my surprise there were none. We worked with Joe & Dave, but everyone else in this dealership was friendly nice and cool. Got an awesome deal and full review and lesson of all our Passat had to offer us. The transaction went so quick & smooth it's almost unbelievable. I am giving Platinum a high rating due to the excellent service and care that was provided to myself and my Mother while working on a deal on a 2012 Passat. These sales people are not your regular car salesmen, you just have to go to understand. I would recommend Joe and manager Dave, but the whole team is great. It's only been about a week since we purchased the VW Passat, I am thrilled. They set up an appointment for a follow up check and have called to check how everything is working out. I will post again after any service visits as well. Almost forgot, they have great coffee too. More

The sales person we worked with (Joe Riccobene) was exceptionally professional, consultative, competent, courteous, and friendly. He kept us appropriately informed of our options and responsibilities throughout the process in a thoroughly consultative manner. The finance manager (Robert Sedrish) and sales guy (Jim Fry) who walked us through the details of the new car, once purchased, were also very competent, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. The overall appearance and general mood of the dealership was professional, friendly, and attractive. The recent hurricane -- and my insurance company's response to it --presented a bit of a challenge to timely completion of the transaction, but the Platinum team helped us navigate that effectively and conveniently. All in all, a very satisfactory transaction. I am happy to recommend this dealership. More

I was probably an easy sale because I knew exactly what I wanted, was searching based on availability and price, and I didn't push too hard on price; but I was very pleased with my interaction with Joe Ricco wanted, was searching based on availability and price, and I didn't push too hard on price; but I was very pleased with my interaction with Joe Riccobene and Platinum Volkswagen. He was thorough, efficient, frank, and a pleasure to do business with. In my search by phone I talked to more than 15 dealers, so I gained an appreciation for how good or bad the interaction can be. There were dealers who refused to give me anything in writing, or wanted me to pay them first before they told me what they could sell me, or claimed they had what I was looking for when they actually were trying to get it from another dealer, or acted hostile when I asked for fax documentation of what they were selling me before I made a down-payment. In contrast, when I reached Joe at Platinum, it was quick and professional. I told him what I was looking for, he told me what he had in inbound inventory that matched up, I asked for documentation and he faxed it right over, I told him my target price and we negotiated a deal right away. I had a signed buyer's order within a few hours of my first phone call. When I arrived at the dealership to take delivery, everything went smoothly and all the staff I met was friendly and helpful.
