And it only got better from there. Once we were able to locate the truck I was interested in, these folks bent over backwards to make the deal with me. I found them to be very upfront and honest. There were a lot of xx fees in the initial offer (which is common at car dealerships). But by the time the deal was done, I believe it was a fair deal for both of us. I recommend this dealership. Just be ready to negotiate. More

We bought a Toyota Highlander, but we didn't ask for the ROACHES that are in the car! Detail either didn't do a good job, OR, they just didn't mention it to proper management about this situation. Needless to say, we'll NEVER recommend, NOR EVER give them our business again! Also, tell our F&I rep thanks for not returning our multiple phone calls! We just had a couple of simple questions to ask, but he never responded. If we could take back this entire experience & transaction, we'd do so in a heartbeat. Our sales rep & her manager were good, but the rest just plain SUCKED! Come & get your infested vehicle & give us our money back is what you can do! And we will be telling EVERYONE we know to stay away from this place! You guys are truly ruining the automotive industry, an industry I've been in for 30 years. More
