Just came in for my Encore with JP. It's so refreshing to have such a knowledgeable specialist to go through the differences between my older 2018 5 Series and my new 2021 X5. He was extremely helpful in not have such a knowledgeable specialist to go through the differences between my older 2018 5 Series and my new 2021 X5. He was extremely helpful in not only walking me through where everything is now, but also letting me do it myself and not patronize me for wanting to do it either. I highly recommend him if you need any help with your vehicle! More
