i've had my BMW 650i for a few years now. I was having issues with my comfort access and passed by, figured I'd see if someone could help out. JP Dunphy helped me out today with my X3, I've been having trouble with the apple carplay for months now. All i can say is this guy is a SERIOUSLY a GENIUS! What took me month and still didn't figure having trouble with the apple carplay for months now. All i can say is this guy is a SERIOUSLY a GENIUS! What took me month and still didn't figure out he took 2 minutes looking and not only got apple carplay working but set up my shortcut keys to bring me right to the things i use most. the guy is a legend! if you have ANY questions ask him, he's a wiz at this stuff. Just got off the phone with JP Dunphy, Ed got me in touch with him to help with my cars Bluetooth issues, the man is by all means a Genius! Came in with some really bad problems with my X6 M. For the better part of a week I've been going insane trying to figure out why I couldn't receive calls or messages when I was in my car... had 3 dealersh the better part of a week I've been going insane trying to figure out why I couldn't receive calls or messages when I was in my car... had 3 dealerships look into the problem! When I reached out to what i thought was still west german bmw, I was connected with JP who told me he could fix the problem within 5 minutes of being in the car. Given my current predicament I found the claim to be outrageous, but sure enough i was there in 20 minutes of getting off the phone and was back on the road with everything working perfectly!!! THE MAN IS A GENIUS, really and truly! With great people like this I know where I’m buying my next BMW. More

When I walked into BMW of Fort Washington, I had no intention of purchasing a vehicle that day. To be honest, a BMW wasn’t even at the top of my list! With the stereotype on car dealers, I had hesitati intention of purchasing a vehicle that day. To be honest, a BMW wasn’t even at the top of my list! With the stereotype on car dealers, I had hesitations going car shopping. I expected someone to sell me on the most expensive option, but that couldn’t be further from the truth when I met Troy. Not only did he advise me against getting something pricier, he educated me on the why. There was absolutely 0 pressure to commit on the spot, and because of that, I was sold. Since purchasing the 2022 X3 that day, I’ve been in constant communication with Troy. Whether he reaches out to check on the car, or I’m following up on the registration, he has really gone above and beyond and has smashed all of my stereotypes. I had a lot of questions but he took his time answering everyone. During our visit to the dealership, one of the managers (Jim Kostack) came over and introduced himself. He was very courteous and polite. He thanked us for choosing to purchase from WG. He really made us feel like our money and time was valued there.
