I was very disappointed with the service and manager of this place. I went for oil change and tire rotation. Service seemed great. I used my GM rewards card to pay. Previously, the original credit card mad this place. I went for oil change and tire rotation. Service seemed great. I used my GM rewards card to pay. Previously, the original credit card made you wait until it showed on your statement to use points. It changed now and no one let me know about this. You would think that a GM Dealership would ask if you want to use your points however they did not and then was told that I cannot use points after the fact because it was already paid for. I find this process to be ridiculous. Credit card company was useless as well. I spoke with the manager JP and he couldn't help either. After this, I have sour feelings towards this dealership. I would also recommend that they get a service secretary since it takes many calls back to get them on the phone. I know they're busy but so am I. Very disappointed and when the time comes for a new GMC, I'll look elsewhere, More
