J R Neilis came to me while looking at the new Jeeps on the lot. He was open, friendly and knowledgable about the Jeep line. He answered all my questions. I said I would think it over and let him know which choice I would make. J.R. didn't pressure me, I really liked his technique. The next morning I emailed him concerning the Trail Hawk being the vehicle I wanted. Next visit he introduced me to Mr. Long and Mr. Vaughn who helped with the financing and paper work. Within hours I drove out of the lot in my new Jeep Trail Hawk. This Jeep suits me perfectly.
