Simply The Best Price From A Large Dealership I had not purchased a new car for many years. After keeping my son, daughter, and wife in vehicles for over thirty years, it was finally time for me t I had not purchased a new car for many years. After keeping my son, daughter, and wife in vehicles for over thirty years, it was finally time for me to replace my most recent hand-me-down vehicle. It had over 265k miles on it. I went on the hunt for a new 2017 Jeep Wrangler. I called dozens of dealerships throughout Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky. After researching extensively what I was going to buy, and trying all of the local dealerships in our area, I found Tyson Motors in Schaumburg. I immediately recognized the difference with this dealership just talking with Bob Adams over the phone. I researched diligently every day for over three weeks before I found Tyson Motors and Bob Adams. Bob went out of his way to locate the vehicle that I was looking for and patiently worked out a deal that saved me several thousand dollars. I mean it when I say that the price I received from Tyson Motors was far better than any other dealership I had spoken with was willing to provide. I was really trying to buy my new Jeep, but I would have kept looking if the customer service had not met my expectation. I purchased my Jeep Wrangler sight unseen via a text message from Mr. Adams confident that I would in no way be disappointed, and I was completely satisfied. You can rely on this dealership. It took us a day to drive up to pick up my new Jeep, but the savings was well worth it. I trust Bob and Tyson Motors, I and my entire family will buy from them again. More

BILL WAYTECK IS A LIFESAVER!!!!!!!!! I am beyond grateful for the gentleman at Tyson Motors. My husband and I were in a jam. We purchased a camper and thought that the Dodge Journey that I am beyond grateful for the gentleman at Tyson Motors. My husband and I were in a jam. We purchased a camper and thought that the Dodge Journey that he had previously purchased from Tyson would be able to tow the camper, we later come to find out that was not possible. We started looking for a new truck that would tow our new camper, and we went from dealer to dealer hoping that we could get into something used or new to fit our needs. My husband really wanted a new or used RAM 1500. No one was willing to work with us because of the negative equity we had on the Dodge Journey and was giving us options that would put us $100 or more over the payment we needed. After going back and forth with all these other dealers we just decided to go back to Tyson to see maybe just maybe they will be able to help us since we were reoccurring customers, if not we didn't know what we were going to do. Because of our previous let downs at the other dealers we didn't walk into Tyson with high hopes of being helped but were we wrong! Our salesman was Bill Wayteck, and right off the bat we told him our situation and he was nothing more than beyond eager to help us get into the truck we needed. He showed much empathy and understanding to the situation that we were in. I told Bill the payment we needed to be at and he was able to give us multiple options. He was very knowledgeable and personable. Jim Kinney worked his magic with all the numbers to get us to where we needed to be with a payment. I am so SHOCKED and GRATEFUL for these gentleman for helping us. They were great to work with, my husband is beyond ecstatic to be driving a brand new just out of the wrapper RAM 1500, and on the plus side we get to keep our camper! Tyson Motors because of your eagerness to help us, you now have us as forever customers. We thank you again Bill, Jim and JP for everything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
