He was very knowledgeable with Wranglers, and he showed us all of the features on the one Jeep we were looking at. We decided we wanted to purchase this Jeep. We had no-hassle or haggling, no stress when going through the purchasing process. Not once did I feel like we were being duped, and I genuinely feel that we got a fair deal on the Jeep. I went on the hunt for a new 2017 Jeep Wrangler. I called dozens of dealerships throughout Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky. After researching extensively what I was going to buy, and trying all of the local dealerships in our area, I found Tyson Motors in Schaumburg. I immediately recognized the difference with this dealership just talking with Bob Adams over the phone. I researched diligently every day for over three weeks before I found Tyson Motors and Bob Adams. Bob went out of his way to locate the vehicle that I was looking for and patiently worked out a deal that saved me several thousand dollars. I mean it when I say that the price I received from Tyson Motors was far better than any other dealership I had spoken with was willing to provide. I was really trying to buy my new Jeep, but I would have kept looking if the customer service had not met my expectation. I purchased my Jeep Wrangler sight unseen via a text message from Mr. Adams confident that I would in no way be disappointed, and I was completely satisfied. You can rely on this dealership.
