Service Visit I brought my '09 Pontiac Vibe in for an oil change and two recalls. I had an appointment, they took me early. They let me know how long the reca I brought my '09 Pontiac Vibe in for an oil change and two recalls. I had an appointment, they took me early. They let me know how long the recall issues would take to resolve, and were exactly right. The cost was what I was quoted online. The waiting area has two TV's, free coffee and vending. Couldn't be more pleased. Didn't know a dealer in the area worked like this. Also, they are active in the community by donating vehicles to fire departments and hosting a multi-chamber event each summer. More

Recommended Service calls have been very good so far. Service appointments ;have been very good. The service specialist I had the last time, LLoyd Tanner, was the most courteous person I have had at the d Service appointments ;have been very good. The service specialist I had the last time, LLoyd Tanner, was the most courteous person I have had at the dealership and based on that, I would have given the dealership 5 stars. The reason for 4 stars only, was that there were no salespersons available or even around last Friday, July 3, when I wanted to ask some questions. Usually if I am looking around I don't want to be bothered by sales people but this time I was looking for someone, several times, and it was like a ghost town at the dealership in the showroom. More
