Another Home Run! The folks at Gary Lang continue to 'Hit It Out of the Park'. My wife and I were out shopping and I phoned for a service appointment. Come right over The folks at Gary Lang continue to 'Hit It Out of the Park'. My wife and I were out shopping and I phoned for a service appointment. Come right over we'll fit you in was the reply. As always, Brian and JR bent over backwards to over satisfy and promptly complete the 5 required tasks. We were on our way in 75 minuets. My wife couldn't believe the great service and I have become a customer for life because it's always like that! More

Efficient, helpful and caring I brought our 2012 Kia Sedona in for service because we heard a grinding noise when turning left. We also mentioned that the power lock on one of the doors wasn't working. T.J. got us in on schedule, got us a loaner vehicle for rhe day, and called by 2:30 to let us know that everything was taken care of and we were ready to go. It was a great piece of mind to know that everything was fixed. When we picked it up, the service team was gone for the day, but the cashier was extremely helpful and kind. We are glad we purchased our Kia from Gary Lang, and we will be coming back for service and for our next vehicle purchase. Thank you for taking care of us. John Crystal Lake, IL More

Great Service, however Gary Lang Auto has an excellent service department. The guys are great and they are a pleasure to do business with. However, I have three suggestions: Gary Lang Auto has an excellent service department. The guys are great and they are a pleasure to do business with. However, I have three suggestions: 1. The voicemail recording in Service is abrasive; 2. Although I understand that Gary Lang Auto is either following instructions from Chevy OR they are trying to provide good customer service, the frequent calls are too much. 3. I have received several calls to bring my car(s) in to address a recall, either the day the car was in to address the recall or within 2 days after. I would suggest that whoever is making the call, take a moment to check the system before the call. Calling after the work is done makes Gary Lang Auto look disorganized. More

The best service manager and parts guy around Chris at Gary Lang is the best Service Manager. He always keeps me up to date on what is going on with my car. I love that. If you need parts call Brian in the parts department, he is as honest as they come. I will only take my vehicle to Gary Lang, my SUV is 12 years old and they keep it going. Thanks guys. Just a $ to these people I'm not much in the games. That is unless it has to do with bags, basketball or baseball even football. Telling me my labor rate is one thing, I call you out on it and then you switch the labor and raise the price of the part, that's another problem. Then I find out the problem was never fixed. You say you'll take care of it. You take care of it by not charging me for another diagnostic fee? I'm sorry, but she should've never charge me in the first place for that second diagnostic since you never diagnosed it correctly the first time. It's common sense guys. One plus one does not equal two with you guys for some reason on occasion. Then when I ask you to confirm with me that you're sure your second diagnostic will fix the problem, you tell me you're not sure but are happy to charged me over $1000 to try to figure it out? Who do you think I am? Who do you think you are? You're supposed to be professional and your kind response was far from it. You didn't do anybody a favor. More
