This is the most organized, most responsive, customer caring Mercedes dealership I have seen. JR was excellent! I brought in my c300 for service B and transmission service on Saturday at 1pm and I was ou caring Mercedes dealership I have seen. JR was excellent! I brought in my c300 for service B and transmission service on Saturday at 1pm and I was out in 2 hours…Prices were very reasonable….I will bring my Benz here for service again! Seems like they really got excellent customer care in their DNA from top to bottom including service techs, back end staff etc! More

Last year I was thinking 3 or 4 stars during the pandemic peak but now you are all exceeding my expectations again. I was too busy to come in for safety recalls and Pamela just took care of my appointment concerns. I didn't have to do a thing. When I arrived I was promptly greeted buy a charming pregnant team member (sorry I didn't get the name) but she put me at ease and guided me to meet my advisor, Michael Ramos. He is the rock star professional you want in every company. He truly listens and addresses your concerns. I told him he was so much like J.R. Rodriguez in professionalism. I want to mention Austin Schneider as well on a previous visit for going above and beyond with helping with what might be considered trivial to some but really bothered me, rear seat head rests. They all make you feel like you are important and never make you feel rushed. It is so rare to have so many 5 star talents in one company. Mr. Shin More
