Best customer service Advisor We have been taking our cars S550 GLS and GTS and all prior Mercs to Walters for service and the main reason we go there is because of the service JR We have been taking our cars S550 GLS and GTS and all prior Mercs to Walters for service and the main reason we go there is because of the service JR Rodriguez provides. There was just once I took my GTS to the Ontario dealership and I was able to tell the difference. JR always goes above and beyond to take care of us no mater who takes the car in. I only wish there were more people like JR working at car dealerships. More

J.R. Rodriguez - Fantastic Service Although my warranty had expired, JR Rodriguez would not stop until I had resolution for a defective part. The seat levers has a chrome plating that Although my warranty had expired, JR Rodriguez would not stop until I had resolution for a defective part. The seat levers has a chrome plating that was peeling. I only use my Mercedes recreationally, it is always garaged and I rarely have anyone in the backseats. Still the chrome had peeled. JR assisted me when dealing with the corporate office. When they did not return calls and closed out my request for assistance, JR handled the matter internally with Mercedes-Benz Walther's of Riverside. Next Mercedes...definitely Walter's due the service JR and the rest of the staff continue to provide. More
