J. R. Rodriguez was phenomenal!!!!! J.R. was exceptional. I used to go to Ontario Mercedes and they were ridiculously expensive!! My last visit they gave me a list of repairs they "recommended". The total came to almost $10,00!!!! My experience with Walter's was exactly the opposite!!! JR Rodriguez was superior and didn't break me financially!!!! He told me my list of recommended repairs and not only did I have all but 2 done, it only cost me $700!!! JR was amazing! I even made another appointment to come back in for the addtional recommendations!! Best service ever!!! Superior service!!! Will never go anywhere else!!!! Carla Dean More

My initial phine call I scheduled an appointment for the next day. They gave me a loaner car I was out of there in less than 10 min. J. R. Rodriguez was very cordial and professional . I was not able to return loaner the day my car was finished because of my work schedule , and J.R. was always friendly and professional in accommodating my hectic schedule until loaner was returned. No extra charge for returning a day late. On the day of return , the friendly staff greeted me at curbside and again I was out of there within 5 min. Great customer service. Thank you! Steve More

JR always provides great service!! Doesn't matter what I need, JR is always there to help. He assists me with anything I need and gets my car in and out no matter what I am there for.
