They helped me identify which car BEST FIT my needs and shared their personal thoughts, which btw, were that buying a Black Edition and then adding a ton of accessories was NOT the way to go aesthetically! They fulfilled all their commitments, some of which showed good faith to me. The negotiation process was up front and ethical. I worked with many dealerships, both top luxury lines and other Hondas as well, in this process and Scott, Jab and Valley Honda stand in a class by themselves. I wasn't in the market for a Honda originally, but after stepping into this place, I'm so glad I purchased one and and from this place. Kudos to the top management on how well it's run and how they treat customers. I bet people come back over and over again! More

Mark and his sales manager Andrew reached out to explain other vehicle options available to me during the supply chain delay. On delivery day, Mark took the necessary time to explain and set all the essential vehicle features. I was very pleased that they were very much interested in my overall satisfaction.
