John was pleasant to work with, made us feel very comfortable, with none of the high pressure as we looked at the CR-V. He answered all our questions (and we ask a lot of questions), and was great at pointing out the features important to us during a test drive. It was a very pleasant experience to start our car searching. We shopped many of the competitors and even a couple other Honda dealerships over a couple months. Because of our experience with John we specifically went back to Valley Honda, which is not the closest Honda dealer for us, as we narrowed our search down to the CR-V. We made several visits, took several test drives and asked more questions. John was patient and always a joy to work with. We got the genuine feeling John wanted us to be sure we were buying the right car for us and not just trying to make the sale. John spent the time with us, addressing all our questions, as we worked through the accessories we wanted, choosing a color, working out a fair price. I would definitely recommend John to anyone interested in a Honda. Overall, our entire purchasing experience was great at Valley Honda. John wanted us to be 100% satisfied with our purchase and we are. This extends to the sales manager, Jab, who supported John and equally made our experience pleasant. Finalizing the paperwork with the finance manager, Roxanne, was by far my best experience of any care I have purchased. More

My buying experience was good. The dealership is very well equipped with tons of sales people. I did not have to wait much to view cars and my salesperson Cesar was never pushy. Everyone here was nice and corteous, even the finance guy who tried , like they all do, to upsell us on warranties and such. Even though at times they are so nice that their interest can be a bit over the top and comes off kind of disingenuous, but that is the way of their work. The vehicle inventory was large and it was easy to find our vehicle. The dealership is very clean and has a good calm atmosphere. Finance was a bit complicated but that was probably due to my own personal unique set of circumstances. In the end though, I did receive a great interest rate on my civic. Overall it was quite good. Better than expected. My salesperson Cesar was great, 5 stars. And the dealership was good with 4 stars. I do recommend. More

Back story, I purchased my first Honda from here based on the recommendation of my dad who bought his there. I came in the day after my college graduation and had a great experience. Fast forward three years, my lease was expiring and I was all the way in Champaign, Illinois. I contacted Jab and asked him if he could make it worth it for me to make the drive. He made shopping around so easy. I chose them instantly as they were priced much more competitively than the dealership in Champaign. The entire experience was simple and professional. Cesar helped me all along the way to get the car I wanted. They even went out of their way to get the vehicle in the exact color I wanted. Overall, I cannot speak highly enough about him. I will be sending anyone I know to this dealership from now on. Thank you guys for making it easy and getting me a great deal! More
