This is our second experience with Premier and as always they do not disappoint. Kailen ,a very nice young women set up our appointments so they were most convenient for us, making sure to tell us that if they do not disappoint. This is the first thing that reminds you how completely customer service oriented everyone at Premier is. Our salesman Dmitriy was a peach, taking time to explain all manner of the transaction, with patience and kindness. Every question was answered fully due to his knowledge of every facet of the process , paperwork, tech he had all the answers and added a great sense of humor to boot. When we were prepared to leave with our new vehicle, he hopped in the backseat (it was raining) and proceeded to go over all the bells and whistles with us and told us if we had any questions or needed any help to call or to swing by and went as far as to offer to set up apps or refine them for us. He was amazing and we are very grateful. Jack, in finance was also so kind and patient , explaining every detail in what can be a daunting process. Every paper signed, option available were gone over , making sure we fully comprehended it all. Thank you so much for the time you so willingly spent with us to make it all go so smoothly. With our last Subaru we were able to acquaint ourselves with the folks in the service department. Again , customer service is paramount and going above and beyond seems to be the guiding principle. Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and gracious, we will and have always recommended Premier, for us there is no alternative. We thank everyone for once again making the experience a great one. More

Premier Subaru of Branford is a top notch dealer rising way above the competition. I recently purchased my second vehicle from them, a 2020 Forester Premium. The experience was awesome. The exceptional quality of the certified vehicle itself, along with the courtesy and professionalism of the sales team and service staff made this second purchase another home run. They offered a highly competitive low price and gave me a beyond fair amount for my trade-in (a 2016 Forester). They also secured me a super low rate of 2.69% on my loan through my credit union and gave me multiple service options. Sales Consultant Dmitriy Naumovich and Service Advisor Maegan Collazo both made the process painless, simple and quite frankly possible. Neil Wetmore and Parker Pearlstein were very helpful as well including President Robert Alvine following up himself. After years of excellent service on my last Forester and the great new deal on my 2020 it goes without saying that they have earned my business in the future and I will be continuing to go there for years to come.
