Overall it was an extremely positive experience, from the first meeting in the lot with Kyle - who came out to see if we needed anything - to pulling away in our new Crosstrek after being helpfully briefed b first meeting in the lot with Kyle - who came out to see if we needed anything - to pulling away in our new Crosstrek after being helpfully briefed by Neil. Kyle was friendly, cheerful, personable and knowledgeable. And we really appreciated his honesty on the few occasions when he wasn't certain about something. He immediately and forthrightly said that he needed to check or confirm. This inspired confidence. And he's very nice, too! We appreciated Jack's professionalism, knowledge and warm assistance; again, we felt that we were being treated honestly and fairly. The whole place is like a well-oiled machine, but with a warm personal touch. Thanks to all. More

Lastly, we’ve never bought a car from a dealer who had a delivery expert before but having Neil demo how all the features worked before we left was a much needed gift as we were upgrading from a vehicle that was 10 years older and nowhere near as well equipped.
