Great experience. Professionalism and helpfulness first, zero sales pressure. Process was as quick as it could be. Very pleasant delivery at the end. My one comment for improvement - which I suspect reflects today's auto sales industry in general, is that the standard for delivery should include actually showing how the car works - how to find and use the display controls, what all the buttons do....where the fuel tank release is! The basic stuff! Not just how to pair a phone. More

Jason Jurkes, our in person sales agent, was patient throughout the process of finding my elderly mother her new Subaru Legacy with the color, accessories, and features she wanted at a competitive price. Jack Basciano in financing went the extra yard to explain and secure financing as well as gap coverage. I really felt like he put the customer first. All in all a smooth experience with good folks. The dealership is beautiful and they make you very comfortable. When you walk in they offer water or coffee. We felt no pressure at all. My only problem was parking.
