I was in the market for an F-150 and found several but the only one that had the options and color I wanted required me to take the 30 mile ride to Jannell. They remembered my call from several hours prior and had the truck brought up right away. Jack and Ed went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I left with the vehicle that I came for. They didn't even mind my 2 little ones trying out the showroom models! Like I said, I drove 30 miles, and passed several dealerships on the way...and would do it again, and probably will, the next time I need a vehicle!! Both were very friendly, followed a very low-pressure approach, and listened carefully to my key criteria. Jack made no attempts to sell me any add-ons for the car, knowing that I was looking for a reliable commuting vehicle while keeping overall cost down. Ultimately they helped steer me to the 2011 Focus for the better incentives, over the newer Fiesta, and I appreciated their guidance during the decision.
