Jack was wonderful, he worked with us over the course of several weeks to find the car we wanted. He was communicative and respectful through the entire process. There was only one area that may or may not be improved. My wife and I were there for about 4 hours, but that was because we wanted the Hyundai we bought before it was ready to be turned over to us.
