As opposed to other dealers I solicited quotes from who I asked in my emails that I not be spammed with calls and texts as I can’t take personal calls at work, Jackie Coco respected that and worked with my schedule . From the start I noticed that Jackie’s demeanor makes you feel as if you are buying a car from a friend and not the stereotypical car salesman –perhaps found at other dealers .His is very pleasant, so genuine ,patient and provides the best customer service for the entire process –with no pressure . Jackie really understood my needs and my budget and I was able to get a fair price and found the entire process at the Towson location very pleasant. No rush, hassle or pressure tactics. They really do work for & with you. Jackie even spent extra time after the sale patiently showing me the ins and outs of the features .He even took another test drive to get me familiar and make sure I was comfortable before driving off –that is real customer service ! What was an originally stressful and unexpected situation quickly turned into an exciting blessing and opportunity.
