Pleasant Car Buying Experience Buying a car can be very nerve racking but our experience at Hyundai Towson went very smoothly. Our saleman, Jack, and his manager Jason, worked with us on price very fairly. I felt like 2 other dealerships had tried to take advantage of us but not here. The car was delivered from another location so we could buy the color my daughter wanted. Jack explained everything about the purchase and the car very thoroughly. He even set up her phone with the car and showed her how to use the voice commands for the phone and radio. I would buy another car there and would recommend them to anyone. More

Thanks Jack I put email requests into 3 dealerships the night before. Jack called me first of anyone and stopped me from heading to another dealership. He knew the vehicle, had the exact car ready and made it easy. Best Car Buying Experience I had the best car buying experience with Hyundai of Towson. All of the staff, from the moment I walked into the door, were very personable. I didn't I had the best car buying experience with Hyundai of Towson. All of the staff, from the moment I walked into the door, were very personable. I didn't feel like another "sale' or "buy", I feel valued. Jack Coco, my sales associate, walked me through every step and explained everything fully. I don't think I would ever buy a car elsewhere. I was somewhat disappointed with the finance staff that I dealt with. He was very unprofessional and to be honest almost blew the whole deal. Regardless of whether I misunderstood something or he misunderstood something there is a way to treat a person especially one who is spending this much money. More
