My experience I was greeted in a timely manner and was taken to test drive the car that I wanted soon after. All of the features were explained to me and set up whi I was greeted in a timely manner and was taken to test drive the car that I wanted soon after. All of the features were explained to me and set up while I was in the dealership. The buying process did take some time, but it was a big purchase for me and I wanted to make sure that I understood everything. Overall a very good experience, and I am happy with my car. More

Out of nowhere we suddenly needed to purchase a new vehicle and same day at that. Heritage took great care of us and actually helped up get into a brand new vehicle the first for our home. What was an originally stressful and unexpected situation quickly turned into an exciting blessing and opportunity. Thanks to all the staff but especially Jack who did everything to make our experience a good one. We love our new car and will probably return to heritage for our next(and hopefully planned) purchase! More

Awesome Experience ! Same Day Delivery. I was impressed by the way the entire process was handled from start to end. I went in the morning to Heritage Hyundai. I was not sure whether I should buy Hyundai Accent Hatchback car. Mr. Jack Coco Sr. was able to answer all my queries,gave me a test drive and was able to arrange the car color of my choice. He also completed all the process/paperwork for delivery from start to end. I am very comfortable driving this car since 2 weeks. The staff handled all the process in highly professional manner. I would definitely recommend Heritage Hyundai for anyone who are interested in buying a car. More

Best Car Buying experience I have ever had. The team of: Jason Sponseller, (General Manager), Jackie Coco, (Sales) and Latonya Fowlkes, (Finance) were great to work experience I have ever had. The team of: Jason Sponseller, (General Manager), Jackie Coco, (Sales) and Latonya Fowlkes, (Finance) were great to work with. Everyone was very clear and understandable and did their best to make me feel comfortable. Everyone had quick answers to questions. I feel that I paid a very fair price for the vehicle. I felt they went out of their way to make sure I was treated fairly and got quick service. Seemed as they understood my needs and were able to fulfill. I will probably never buy another vehicle form anywhere other than Heritage Auto Group and Mile one. More
