He is very knowledgeable about all of the particulars of the Ioniq, including the various menu options and how they interact for driving experience most desired. He was also completely responsive to all my inquires and provided undivided service throughout the purchase process and it was a pleasure working with him. From a dealership perspective, Heritage greatly exceeded my expectations. I have purchased quite a few new cars over the years and this experience was among the best. They were completely transparent on the pricing and honored without pressure the internet pricing, including the discounts advertised. There was no pressure to upsell "protection" plans or anything like that. Given the high demand for Ioniq 5's, and the fact that some dealerships are adding "market adjustment" markups, this was most refreshing. In all, this led me to complete the purchase of the Hyundai as opposed to several other EVs I was considering. More
