From a dealership perspective, Heritage greatly exceeded my expectations. I have purchased quite a few new cars over the years and this experience was among the best. They were completely transparent on the pricing and honored without pressure the internet pricing, including the discounts advertised. There was no pressure to upsell "protection" plans or anything like that. Given the high demand for Ioniq 5's, and the fact that some dealerships are adding "market adjustment" markups, this was most refreshing. In all, this led me to complete the purchase of the Hyundai as opposed to several other EVs I was considering. More
