New car This is my first new car since 2001 when we purchased a Pontiac Bonneville. We had been looking for a few weeks and getting tired. I had a number that I knew I could afford and had to work with that. Everyone at CJ Wilson was very friendly and didn't pressure me at all. Our sales person was Kristal Smith. A lovely lady who was very nice and helpful. The manager who worked with the numbers and financial gentleman were also helpful. The whole process was quite painless and before you know it , I had a new car. Thanks for all your help. Now I just have to learn all it's modern technology! More

Good people to work with! I bought a 2015 CX9 for a company vehicle. Brandon Baldeswhiler and Jack Howe made this a pleasureable experience. Working with my company and the fle I bought a 2015 CX9 for a company vehicle. Brandon Baldeswhiler and Jack Howe made this a pleasureable experience. Working with my company and the fleet company can sometimes be a slow process. Brandon was with me on the test drive and was well versed on the car. I found the price to be reasonable and it was a smooth transition to get the deal done in a timely manner. When I went to pick up the vehicle. Brandon was on vacation and Jack Howe was most helpful in explaining the features on the car. Setting up Sirrius radio and synchronizing blue tooth with my I phone. Made many requests and Dan would always be glad to help, very professional, flexible, very attentive, and negotiate fairly. Will definitely recommend! Very satisfied with the experience during there. would have 1/2 star off with error, stayed firm and Dan was able to correct it. Surprisingly, they gave rebates! Very happy with the purchase. affordable than other dealers. Really worked with us patiently even though way past after hours. Paid with cash for downpayment. Dan and Jack were good. More

False Advertising - Steer Clear of this Place Found a very nice internet price on a 2012 Mazda 3 and took a 40 minute ride out to CJ Wilson Mazda in Orland Park. Test drove the car Feb 18th with Found a very nice internet price on a 2012 Mazda 3 and took a 40 minute ride out to CJ Wilson Mazda in Orland Park. Test drove the car Feb 18th with my teenage daughter. She loved it so we sat down to work out a deal. This is when I learned the price was $1,440.00 more than advertised. I told the sales person (Krystal) that the added cost wasn't anywhere on their AD or website and that I didn't want the "certification" on what I believed was reliable car. She indicated that it could probably be removed but she'd need to confirm this with her sales manager Jack Howe. That's when the games truly began. When I insisted on the advertised price her sales manager refused. He then came over and asked me if I was a "mechanic" before agreeing to split the certification cost with me. Since my daughter liked the car and was sitting there with me I decided to bite my tongue and continue rather than walk. The sales manager then tried to swindle me with inflated interest rates and unnecessary "Gap Insurance" costs. Krystal was a wonderful sales person. However, the pushy sales manager was unethical, absolutely trying to take advantage of my daughter's attachment to the car. I'm fortunate to have stellar credit and never have had to experience this type of dirty dealing. Certainly didn't expect it from a big name dealership. Before posting this, I tried to share this complaint with upper management but they failed to contact me. Interestingly I see that other negative reviews have some very similar complaints. There's many honest car dealerships out there. Spend your money elsewhere. I did ! More

Pressure free purchase. A couple months ago I purchased a brand new 2015 Mazda 6 from this dealership and I must say I'm very happy with it so far. The dealership is clean in and out and the personnel is nice. My sales consultant was Dan Stelmach and I need to say he was probably the best car salesman I have ever met , with a lot of knowledge about cars while being very nice and helpful. Dan gave me a detailed test drive told me all I needed to know about the car I was interested in and also made it clear what the payments would look like. The Best part about the purchase is the fact that it was a pressure free experience and they also helped me with my old broke down car and took it of my hands still giving me a respectable trade in. All in all I'm very happy with this dealership and my new Mazda and will be coming back for maintenance and service. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car. More

We were very happy with our first Mazda, decided to buy another and went to Community Mazda in Oak Forest. Bought a Mazda 3. We picked our car offered a price and was surprised that there was no hasseling another and went to Community Mazda in Oak Forest. Bought a Mazda 3. We picked our car offered a price and was surprised that there was no hasseling and extras thrown at us. Everyone we were in contact with was friendly, knew their products and did what was needed to do to get us out and about with our new car. I have to say it was the best experience I ever had buying a car! More

After getting several quotes on the internet from different Mazda dealers for a Mazda3 iTouring Jack Howe at Community Mazda gave me the best price. It was now time to go to the showroom for a test d different Mazda dealers for a Mazda3 iTouring Jack Howe at Community Mazda gave me the best price. It was now time to go to the showroom for a test drive. I was expecting a lot of high pressure sales tactics and dealer tricks to get me to buy a car. I got none of that at Community Mazda.Jack did not try to push anything I didn't want.He came with me and my wife for the test drive and was very helpfull in explaining the different controls & options on the car again without any pushy sales tactics.I ended up buying that car for what we agreed on and there were no hidden fees or suprises when he wrote up the sale. On my way home that night a bolt got lodged in my tire. The next morning I went to The service dept. and even though Tire damage is not covered under the warranty they took care of me. I would highly reccomend Community Mazda for new or used cars. They really do care about their customers after they leave the showroom. More
