If you are there to buy you are given time to go over all deals that are offered to you. If you are there for service there is an excellent area which is well lite, connection to the internet made easy, and one can set back and relax. Jack in finance work hard to put me in the vehicle that I wanted. He was very helpful with answering any questions that I had. The man that went through all document signing with me was also very helpful in answering questions and very honest with helping me with gap insurance and things to that nature. The sales team is very layer back and not pushy like most. I got a great car at a price much lower than any other competitors around. Everyone was super friendly and went out of their way make sure we were taken care of. We traveled from Ohio to purchase the car but worked out all of the details over the phone with Mike Hackett. He did an excellent job of working with us to ensure everything was finalized prior to arriving. When we arrived we worked with Dan Stelmach and he did an excellent job of getting the car ready for us to take home and showing us about all of the features in our new CX-9. We also worked with Jack Howe and Kris Krawoski and they were both extremely helpful and pleasant as well. We were extremely satisfied with our overall experience with CJ Wilson Mazda. Needs improvement First time car buyer from a dealership. Experience started off okay then got progressively worse as there were in my opinion too many mishaps and p First time car buyer from a dealership. Experience started off okay then got progressively worse as there were in my opinion too many mishaps and points of confusion. Was prepared to purchase after 5 hours when I was notified that the car that was described was in fact not the car that I had chosen and it would be a longer wait to receive the vehicle. Decided to go with a different model in the preferred color and year, but to my knowledge was still not the exact car that was described, being the touring with tech package or at least some additional features as it was described to me as being fully loaded. Still have not received a response from the sales associate nor the general manager, which both emailed me right away regarding any concerns I had about the vehicle, which I do. I had heard and read good reviews about this dealership, but now after purchasing a vehicle from them and receiving no response or acknowledgment, I highly doubt I will be a returning customer. More
