Had my car breakdown in Ca while on vacation from Az. Got it towed in and relayed the concerns. It was related that the parts needed to be ordered but after a week and a half I left VMx3 for advisor with Got it towed in and relayed the concerns. It was related that the parts needed to be ordered but after a week and a half I left VMx3 for advisor with no reply. Finally got ahold of him. Repairs were completed and car appears to run fine, but they had my name wrong(still is), and on the receipt they misread my odometer by about 40,000 miles. After promising to “wash it”, when car was picked up(despite advanced notice) it took them an hour to move another disabled car, the exterior was filthy after sitting outside for almost 3 weeks, and the i side had wrappers and other trash(not mine) on the inside. The kicker was the military/first responder discount on a $2400 repair? A mere $100……thanks for your service. Bottom line, the repair was done, but I wouldnt say it was the best customer service. More

I would always received misinformation from Jack. Very nice person just really was not able to rely on him for the correct information. Never really followed up to make it right. First, making an appointment on line was very easy. Within one minute someone came over to assist me. I inform the person that Jack is my service advisor and they immediately inform Jack. Jack came Within one minute someone came over to assist me. I inform the person that Jack is my service advisor and they immediately inform Jack. Jack came right over and assist me and gave me the wait time for repairs. During the wait time Jack kept me informed. True to his word my vehicle was done when he said it would be. A word about the waiting room, nice chairs and good snacks. For me I just walk a couple of blocks to have a good lunch at one of many fast food restaurants that is around. More

Visiting SBH for routine maintenance on my 2023 Santa Cruz and my 2012 Hyundai Genesis sedan, I was pleasantly surprised to find the construction finally finished! The "new" waiting room and sales area Cruz and my 2012 Hyundai Genesis sedan, I was pleasantly surprised to find the construction finally finished! The "new" waiting room and sales area is "state of the art", with comfortable seating, television viewing and refreshments. I was so glad to finally find a place to relax and work on my computer, as there were desks with a place to plug in that were connected to outlets in the floor. As far as the customer service and vehicle service I received, the mechanics, along with my Service Manager, Jack Kim, continue to give me 5 STAR, triple AAA service! Most people dread having to take their vehicle in for service; Jack Kim always makes it a pleasurable experience! If you have a Hyundai, I highly recommend you take it to be serviced at SBH! But don't ask for Jack, I want him all to myself! LOL! More
