Terrible experience trying to make the appointment for the concierge service. Called, texted and emailed for DAYS. Finally called Genesis HQ and then Donny called. He claimed they are short staffed. Made the concierge service. Called, texted and emailed for DAYS. Finally called Genesis HQ and then Donny called. He claimed they are short staffed. Made appointment for 4 weeks out. Prior to day of appointment, no communication to confirm. On day of appointment, I called them to confirm. And guess what — they “lost” the appointment. Apparently, now Donny (it must really be a one man show) was absent from work all week. The good news is the woman I spoke with was able to make the appointment happen. The young man who picked up and dropped off my car was super nice and very prompt. The maintenance service itself was great — very quick. Clearly, the process of making — and keeping— a concierge service appointment at Southbay Genesis needs work. More
