wish the service would inform client in deeper details the why and the hows of the recalls. I asked Kim to help me install my contacts as I had a glitz and lost all my numbers but he never explained to me the why and the hows of the recalls. I have taken my 2015 Genesis to South Bay Hyundai for servicing since I purchased the vehicle in fall of 2014 and find them to be extremely courteous, conscientious and helpful in maintaining the car. Jack my service attendant was great. Very clear about what work was being done and why and also what the next tune up would entail. Very polite and helpful. Prompt and delivered on time. His co-worker what work was being done and why and also what the next tune up would entail. Very polite and helpful. Prompt and delivered on time. His co-workers were also incredibly nice. I would have waited at the dealership but the waiting room isn't very nice and also it was cold out. Thats my only criticism. More
