Our car needed a new engine and despite the fact that the replacement took longer than we would have liked, the service we received from our service representative Jack Kim was first rate. He kept us informed on the progress of the repair throughout the process and provided exemplary customer service from start to finish - consistent with what we've come to expect from the SB Hyundai team. Came to this location from DTLA due to me needing to complete other errands in the area. It's out of the way for me. Dropped off my vehicle to complete a recall. They were really busy and I stood around complete other errands in the area. It's out of the way for me. Dropped off my vehicle to complete a recall. They were really busy and I stood around for a good 15 minutes before being helped although I had an appointment. Not a big deal they were busy. I get a call about an hour later telling me that the part was not working in my car so they may have to order a new one as it was probably defective and it was their last in stock. So I'd have to come back once they got the new part in. I was PROMISED they would call me directly to let me know when the part arrived so that I may come in to complete the service. It's been over two months. Just gonna go to another dealership at this point. More
