Very customer oriented and friendly. Jack McVey was extremely knowledgeable and customer focused. He aranged for a new Forester Premium model to be on hold for us until we arrived a few Jack McVey was extremely knowledgeable and customer focused. He aranged for a new Forester Premium model to be on hold for us until we arrived a few weeks after our visit. The office personnel were very friendly and informative as the contract was was reviewed and settlement was completed. Jack followed up at least 4 times prior to our arrival in Tucson to assure us the car was delivered to the dealer and it would be awaiting us when we arrived. We are very pleased with our new Forester and especially with Tuscson Subaru and Jack McVey who made the entire transaction a pleasant experience. More
